The concept of the Masterplan is to repurpose an existing dilapidated water body to act as a central green space on the site and create a promenade around it. The residential blocks are linear and surround the green so as to maximize the garden views. The existing grove of trees on one edge has been retained and green spaces are developed around them integrating the community hall with it.

The Type-V block has duplex flats, for the senior doctors, with all of the flats getting the view of the green.
The 3 blocks of staff residences are Type V, Type IV and Type III for a total of 100 flats.
