The Marari Sands Wellness resort, being operated by Tree Leaf Hospitality is located on Marari Beach in Alleppey.

The existing hotel was refurbished and expanded to a total of current 13 keys (additional future 12 keys) as a boutique resort. Support spaces such as Dining hall, kitchen, meeting lounge and pool area are upgraded.

The design feature primarily uses local material that provides a contemporary feel with a traditional flavor. Terracotta artwork depicting the life of a fisherman adorns the main entrance lobby. Unique smaller art identifies each of the cottages.
